What we Believe

We believe the Bible is the Word of God in the highest and fullest sense, and contains all we need to know about salvation, redemption and justification for our eternal life.

We believe God is the creator and sustainer  of all things. He is infinite, eternal, and unchangeable. He is presented to us as Father, Son and Holy Ghost, 3 in 1 and 1 in 3. He is worthy of all praise.

Jesus is the only begotten Son of the Living God. He is the promised Messiah of the Old Testament. He was born of the Virgin Mary. He lived as an example for man, died on the cross to redeem the sinner and rose to justify the believer. He is our advocate and intercessor that sits on the right hand side of the Father. He shall one day return to rapture the Church out of the world. He is the Christ.

We believe the Holy Ghost is a person, not a mere influence. He was sent by God to convict the world of sin and lead the believer into confession. He also intercedes for the believer in prayer.

We believe Man is a direct creation of God. He did not evolve. Man was created in innocence. Being tempted by the devil, he fell to sin.

The devil is the original tempter. He is our adversary and accuser. He will meet his final destruction in the lake of fire.

We believe that God has provided a way man can be reconciled back to Him, and that is through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ “that if you confess Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved” Jesus is the way the truth and the light, no one comes to the Father but by Jesus.

We believe as Christians that our first and foremost duty is to spread the good news that Jesus lived, died, and rose again, and one day He will return!
